Messing up. It happens to every vegetarian! It happens to me almost once a month it’s so bad! When it comes to Vegetarianism I’m not that strict. If I receive a beef patty over a veggie patty by accident I will eat it because I would rather have the animal die for a reason, not to be thrown into the trash. However, just because I accidentally eat meat or make a judgement call on it, doesn’t mean I want to or should eat meat. A lot of surprising things aren’t Vegetarian like you may have thought.
We all know fast food is unhealthy, and if anyone tries to argue it isn’t watch “Supersize Me”. However, everyone eats it! Especially if you live in the United States. They are everywhere, they are cheap, and you get a lot of food. After becoming a vegetarian my fast food consumption dropped significantly, which is a good thing. However, there will still be times when you want a quick and cheap alternative over preparing dinner or going to a sit down. Now, I’m not saying, that you should eat unhealthy or should eat fast food all the time now. This post is to show that Vegetarians do have a lot of options for food, even at places who’s slogan is “We have the Meats!”. It can be done.
